Maxwell was born in 1989 in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Radford High School and was inducted with the Kappa pledge class. He has served as the chapter’s Philanthropy Chairman, Interfraternity Council Representative, Exchequer, and is the current Pledge Master. He is a Government and International Politics major and enjoys reading, arguing and illegal street racing.
